Capitech is a technology and advisory company based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This policy covers www.capitech.me only. The applications served from usawiapps.capitech.me are governed by their own terms.
What we collect
There are no accounts on this site. We only receive what you choose to send us:
- Your name, email address, company and message, when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form.
What we do not collect
We use no analytics or advertising cookies, we do not track you across other websites, and we do not sell your data.
Storage in your browser
The site stores your language choice (Arabic or English) in your browser's local storage. That preference stays on your device, is not sent to our servers, and is removed when you clear your browser data.
Third parties
- Fonts are loaded from a content delivery network (jsDelivr). That request exposes your IP address to the CDN, as any web request does.
- Links to usawiapps.capitech.me and to WhatsApp take you to services with their own policies.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, to deliver the services we agree, and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your details for marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to answer you or to support the work agreed, and longer only where the law requires it.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

The site is served over HTTPS and access to correspondence is restricted. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the website form.

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
